Matthews USA is please to announce Oscar Del Pino will be joining our coaching staff as a team coach for the 2008-09 season.

Coach Del Pino is currently the Charlotte Catholic Men’s and Women’s JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach, where he has served for 6 years along side head coach Gary Hoilett.  He will be taking the reigns of the boy’s varsity team at Charlotte Catholic this Fall.  While the assistant coach at Catholic, the Cougars varsity have won 3 state championships and been finalists twice.

Oscar has been a club coach at Charlotte United Futbol Club (CUFC), serving their since 2002.  While at CUFC, he was involved with boys and girls U13-U16 teams, leading the 86 boys to the Kepner Final Four in 2003 and the 91 girls to the Kepner Finals in 2006.   Oscar has earned his United States Soccer Federation (USSF) National “C” license as well as his National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Advanced Regional Diploma.
